Responsibilities
- Responsible to oversee the customer membership programs
- Ensure membership plans are up to date
- Schedule appropriate maintenance calls for customers and coordinate with dispatch team
- Handle customer phone calls in a fast paced environment
- Processes a variety of payment methods for membership plans
- Provide members with information regarding all products and services offered.
- Successfully researches and resolves problems to the members satisfaction
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative/customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting functions
- Excellent customer services skills
- Strong technology skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
