Responsibilities

    • Responsible to oversee the customer membership programs
    • Ensure membership plans are up to date
    • Schedule appropriate maintenance calls for customers and coordinate with dispatch team
    • Handle customer phone calls in a fast paced environment
    • Processes a variety of payment methods for membership plans
    • Provide members with information regarding all products and services offered.
    • Successfully researches and resolves problems to the members satisfaction

Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years of administrative/customer service experience
    • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting functions
    • Excellent customer services skills
    • Strong technology skills
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
