We are currently looking to fill a full-time Team Leader Position.
The hours for this position would be approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Ensure that all our guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.
- Help to achieve our company objectives in sales, service, quality, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment.
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
- Continually strive to develop your team members in all areas.
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with our company’s policies.
- Provide suggestions to the General Manager as needed to improve overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Have knowledge of service as well as food and beverage, generally involving at least one year of
- Fast Casual Restaurant Experience.
- Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate the Toast POS system.
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and the use of email.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and periodically lift up to 20-25 pounds
- Possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented, professional approach to leadership.
