Job Description
The position is responsible for:
(1) Designing, developing, and managing technical operations for Hillsborough Community College’s (HCC) Institute for Corporate and Continuing Education (ICCE).
(2) Provides leadership and coordination of established partnerships with technical vendors, testing center providers, and HCC’s IT department.
(3) Ensures a smooth flow of processes and procedures required for technical courses delivered, and
(4) Training in the use of instructional aids for trainers and in-house users of ICCE/HCC facilities.
(5) Responsible as the primary resource for computer-student related issues.

Preferred Qualifications
(1) Fluent in English and Spanish
(2) Experience setting up small IT networks
(3) Test Center Administration Experience
(4) CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certification(s)
Supplemental Job Information
This is an in-person, professional/managerial opportunity with HCC’s Institute for Corporate & Continuing Education department. The core focus of the position is to setup and maintain student, staff, instructor, and test center information technology hardware, software, and networks.
Additionally, the position contributes to initiatives that are intentionally growing corporate and continuing education opportunities across Hillsborough County. In this regard, the position will work with instructors, coordinators, and the Director of the Institute for Corporate and Continuing Education to meet departmental goals
