We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Application Support Developer to join our team based at our office in Greenwood Village, CO. We are currently working remotely with plans to return to a hybrid model.
Working within Computershare Technology Services, this role provides technical support to the Computershare Loan Servicing (CLS) division. CLS is an industry leader in mortgage servicing solutions for the financial services and investment banking industries. As part of Computershare – the world’s largest stock transfer agent—we have grown rapidly in Colorado to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
A role you will love
As the Technical Application Support Developer, you will serve as Level 1 support for the proprietary application suite developed in house as well as supporting the application, web and SQL servers they run on. Their primary functions include Incident Management, Data Processing Management, Application Support, Server/Application Monitoring, and Deploy and Release to Production tasks.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internal applications, external web sites, internal and external web services, and systems and back-end databases to ensure availability standards are met
- Responsible for problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of application help desk tickets within defined service level agreements
- Design, development, unit testing and implementation solutions to better monitor process and tasks in our production environments to minimize downtime
- Perform project work as defined by the management team within defined timelines
- Execute production deployments
Note: This role requires some on-call work that is required on a rotational basis. The on-call work which includes overnight and weekend cover, is to be expected for one week, approximately every 5-6 weeks.
What will you bring to the role?
- Some experience in SQL or Server Support is preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve application issues quickly and maintain effective working relationships with customers and technical teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong teamwork skills are needed to collaborate with internal and cross functional team members
- Excellent written communication skills are required to contribute content to knowledge base system

Compensation. Approximately $55,000 to $75,000 per year USD, depending on experience. You will also receive an annual on-call bonus of $5000 USD.
