This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Visual and physical inspection of both raw materials and completed tiles segregating acceptable and waste materials
• Repairs of finished tiles to include working with paint and putty.
• Basic Machine Operations and troubleshooting- LOTO where required.
• Granulating defective materials- repeated tossing materials above shoulder level into a
  granulator.
  • Packages product into correct boxes, ensuring correct quantity and product type according to packaging specifications
  • Packages product delicately and in a timely manner in order to ensure smooth flow.
• Plans product changes to have the least amount of stress put on the equipment as possible
• Communicates any unusual conditions, equipment breakdowns, needs for repair, reasons for increase or decrease of production etc. to cross shift operator
• Labelling boxes in accordance with production ensuring to match production card without creating excess or waste.
• Sweep continuously when needed
