Technical Production Analyst / Specialist – Full Time

Position reports to the Production Manager.
Requirements and Key Competencies
· Broad skillset including technical skills & aptitude, interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills, leadership, strong organizational/administrative skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities.
· Ability to grasp nuances of complex relationships with clients and vendors and manage those relationships with sensitivity.
· Follow-through on commitments to clients and team members, and follow-up on items impacting clients or the business.
· Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, discretionary judgement.
· Attitude of humility, positivity, how can I help more, self-starter, and sense of urgency.
· Above average working knowledge of Microsoft Office contemporary versions.
· General knowledge of internet and intranet network navigation, general comfort with technology and learning new software & applications.

· Demonstrated ability to follow instruction and protocols precisely.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Education / Experience
· 4-year college degree (preferred).
· High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 4 years relevant work experience.
Primary Responsibilities
· Using proprietary software tools and customized systems, manage customer inquiries, logging / tracking, research, relaying / elevating to appropriate team members, follow-up, and accountability to ensure resolution, and initial / final client responses.
· Using proprietary software tools and customized systems, manage daily production tasks to ensure clients deliveries are current and complete.
· Manage production data pre-processing and tracking.
· Compile internal and customer-facing status reports.
· Manage production shipping and receiving.
· Initiate and update implementation tracking documentation.
· Support ad-hoc activities (phones, mail, light administrative tasks).
· Other duties as business demands.
Working Conditions
· Regular schedule is 40 hours per week during regular business hours (8am to 5pm Monday – Friday), and in-office. During times of business need, hours may exceed 40 per week.
· This position will require Employee to spend long hours sitting / standing and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
· Position will require employee to be in a busy, open area office. The employee will encounter frequent interruptions and will meet with others on a regular basis.
· Position will frequently require multiple hours of intense concentration and requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
· There are numerous deadlines associated with this role which may cause stress. Employees should be able to manage personal stress while maintaining effective performance.
· This position will interact with a wide variety of people and personalities on various issues.'
