Program Summary: a platform for Dover Operating companies to seamlessly handle the subscription processing for their software and services. This platform brings together many capabilities for automation, revenue recognition, customer subscription invoicing etc. to enable a one stop shop for the business to efficiently manage their services for customers. It also enables a single point of interface for subscription customers to manage their interaction with Dover operating companies and enhance customer experience with transaction processing.
Position Summary:
Dover is in midst of building an enterprise level OTC platform for recurring revenue operations automation. Technical Program manager will lead the corporate team to build & enhance the OTC platform, while working closely with Dover operating companies to identify opportunities and migrate the products & services to the OTC platform. This position requires understanding of business processes, technical requirements and working with the team to define future state to optimize the operations. You challenge status quo and push towards operational efficiency to improve business practices and underlying cost benefits. Reporting to VP of Digital Applications and Connected Factory, this is a highly visible role and requires good collaboration, communication skills. You can operate at executive level, while also can connect to the teams directly to keep the programs on track.
The Technical Program/Product manager will partner with the business to understand the key processes pertaining to OTC And identify opportunities for automation leveraging the OTC platform. Partner with the business to ensure a good current state and future state mapping is defined and a business goal/ measurable outcome identified. The Product Manager will collaborate with the engineering teams to deliver features to achieve our overall business and OTC platform goals. The Technical Program Manager will work with business and project stakeholders to track on time and quality deliverables and effectively manage the program communication and Rhythms. The Program Manager will interact with business stakeholders, finance teams, and customers as necessary to capture requirements and plan solution deployment. The Technical Program Manager will collaborate & coordinate across all internal and external engineering team & vendors to successfully execute OTC platform deliverables. The OTC Program/Product leader will ensure that effective training documentation and training plans are developed and kept to UpToDate. OTC Technical Program Manager OTC is a client-facing role that combines functional and traditional consulting responsibilities and meticulous program management. The OTC Technical Program/Product Manager will be involved in the preplanning, Business Case Analysis, Platform Readiness, Deployment and Development life cycles of OTC stages and of overall solutions, and potentially act as the technical adviser in the discovery process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As an OTC Program/Product Manager, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design an innovative OTC platform.
