Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who wants to join a fast paced and dynamic company, recognized by the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Military Branches, for contributions in development of cyber-electronics.

The selected candidate will drive hiring for various cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on finding qualified individuals for our high-level engineering teams. In this role you will work closely with the core recruiting team while partnering with HR, technical and non-technical teams, and hiring managers. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic individual looking to be part of the full-cycle recruiting process.

  • This person can work remotely; however, they must be able to work during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm in the Pacific Time Zone.


Requirements

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Proactive sourcing of cleared candidates with NAC, Secret, Top Secret, and Top Secret/SCI clearances for positions with highly unique capabilities and requirements.
  • Pre-screen incoming resumes, phone screen candidates, and present recommendations to executive directors/hiring managers.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with external vendors, transition/veteran centers, military installations, diversity organizations, and veteran organizations.
  • Build long-term, value-added relationships with passive and active prospects in the DoD and military communities, including managing candidate pipelines, providing meaningful experiences during the identification and attraction processes, and maintaining relationships with candidates not selected.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and active & passive candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
  • Leverage data & analytics to advise business on diverse sourcing strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse representation.
  • Support recruiters to build a solid pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to better gauge their technical background and experience.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and active & passive candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
  • Log information and keep systems/platforms up to date with the most recent candidate status.
  • Leverage data & analytics to advise business on diverse sourcing strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse representation.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience recruiting for DoD/Military/Cleared positions.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving mind-set at heart with the ability to wear multiple hats, if and when needed.
  • Experience working in a close-knit dynamic environment with members of recruiting & HR teams.
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, tools, and methods (e.g., Boolean/X-ray search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and close attention to detail.
  • Experience with a startup or small organization is a plus.
    • Remote employees may be required to come into office a few times during the year.
