1. Solid Understanding SaaS services
2. Good understanding of SSO enablement on SaaS
3.Understand delivery management
4. Ability to communicate to senior business and articulate issues and solution
5.Good understanding implementation SSO on DocuSign and/or other SaaS application
6. Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM
