We are looking for experienced writers, former technicians might be helpful especially if they have worked in Service Desk or Technical Support roles. Creation of new content, user and internal knowledge. Monitoring and modification of existing articles. Feedback tasks (timely response).
Skillset:
- Good writer, must have had experience (things like how to guides, FAQs, instructional articles), have written for broad audiences
- Experience in RoboHelp, FrameMaker, Madcap Flare
- Preferred Skills: DITA Knowledge of XML XLST
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
