Technician Job at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions, LLC
Candidates will be responsible for building/repairing ULD's (cargo containers for airplanes).
Major/Key Accountabilities
The Technician key roles include, but is not limited to:
- Repair aviation components in accordance with the relevant OEM technical publications and company MOE
- Abide by all company and aviation authority procedures
- Undertake administrative duties with attention to accuracy and timeliness of information
- Report discrepancies in a timely manner
- Meet production targets
- Carry out other duties as and when directed, like cleaning containers or pallets etc.
Key KPIs/Measures The measures and indicators that show success in this role are:
- Repair times
- Quantity of repairs
- Standard of repairs
- Audit findings both internal and external
- Production actual vs budget
- Good team work displaying a “just culture”
- No customer complaints Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
