Maintains the district hardware and software inventories Assists with creation of student and staff network accounts Assists with data integrity of the student information system. Creates parent accounts in the student information system Monitors and responds to parent emails submitted through the repair ticketing system. Creates all students accounts including but not limited to our student information system, G Suite Workspace, Hawk domain, and Enriching Students Prepares and distributes student devices. Works with building principals/secretaries to recover lost and non-returned devices.
Communicates with families to recover devices Issues invoices for lost student equipment in MySchoolBucks Prepares additional equipment and maintains inventory for loaned equipment as needed for State-wide testing such as WIDA Access and MCAS Organizes and prepares new devices for distribution. Organizes and prepares the collection of devices at the end of a lease cycle. Hardware and software installations. Provides technical support to staff and students Troubleshoots and researches computer software and hardware issues Assists with work requests via the ticketing system Department project-based work as needed.
Assists with professional development for staff Performs other tasks as assigned by SupervisorThis is a 12 month position- 261 work days, 14 holidays, 3 personal days, 15 vacation days, 12 sick days.
