Telehealth Educator - Bilingual Job at Mission Neighborhood Health Center
We are looking for a telehealth educator to help train and support staff/patients in the use of telehealth. The pandemic required staff and patients to quickly adapt to the concept of telehealth and it revealed that there are certain populations that need additional education to use this technology. Additionally, we want to ensure all providers are fluent with telehealth technology to better serve our patients.
Essential Functions & Requirements
- Help patients log into MyChart using Epic system
- Promote advocacy and healthcare access
- Someone who is tech savvy and can lead 1-on-1 or small group trainings
