The Opportunity: Customer Service Representative, Sales
The Customer Service Sales, CSR role is an inbound and outbound call center position. The inbound portion of the role requires that the CSR act as a liaison for customers and potential customers for sales and processing related inquiries. The CSR will assist the customer by: determining their needs, answering questions, resolving inquiries and transferring their calls to other departments when needed; the processing portion of the role will also require offering helpdesk support in assisting borrowers with accessing their online loan documents and having those documents corrected or re-issued.
What does the job look like?
As a Customer Service Representative, your daily duties will include...
● Answering inbound and making outbound calls, responding to customer requests within set timeframes, and delivering an exceptional quality of service to every customer.
● Providing information and knowledgeable assistance by pulling up loan information and providing customers with the information they need quickly and accurately.
● Adhering to schedules, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and providing verbal and written responses to customers as required.
● Working as part of a dedicated team to explain policies and procedures to customers and find great solutions to their inquiries in a seamless and positive way.
Education
· High School Diploma/GED
· One year of experience
