- PTR certifications encouraged
- College experience necessary
- USTA rating of 5.0 and above
- Ability to coach junior and adult groups
- Ability to teach private lessons
- Very energetic and hard working
- Ability to work independently or within a group
- Willingness to learn from other staff members and share their knowledge as well with staff
- Excellent verbal skills in translation to coaching tennis
- Must maintain professional and courteous manner at all times
- Enjoy working in team environment
- Be timely
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times, including wearing a Chelsea Piers uniform
