Responsibilities and Duties
Territory Sales Manager
Reporting to VP of Sales, the Territory Manager is resonsible for supporting the company's sales efforts, specifically in the Injection Molding sector for the Midwest territory. This is a new position and will be a major driver for overall company growth. The Territory Manager works collaboratively and effectively within all levels of the organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Partners with Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service teams, to generate leads for Regloplas products and services based on assignment and within designated territory
- Maintains and increases sales volume within assigned accounts and territory; meets and exceeds assigned quota and sales objectives as well as exceeding customer expectations regarding customer service and solution-minded interactions
- Identifies new business opportunities, generates leads, closes new business opportunities, and converts accounts from the competition
- Partners with current customers and recommends value-added services that will assist in managing their business more effectively
- Works closely with other lines of sales to analyze and identify customer needs
- Solicits and explains difficult concepts while moving the sales process to closure
- Targets strategic accounts to drive incremental growth opportunities specifically in accounts without current sales coverage
- Keeps up to date on administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining customer service call logs and internal service records-effectively uses CRM to drive customer penetration and opportunity identification
- Attends trade shows and Strategic Customer meetings as agreed upon
- Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
- Collaborates with all departments as internal customers, prioritizing tasks as needed for efficiency and compliance
- Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices
Position Requirements

Your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
- B2B and/or medical sales experience preferred
- Five plus years as a successful outside salesperson; representing tangible products (ie: injection molded products, etc)
- Medical device industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential- must be able to convey information by telephone, email, and in-person; effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations, which may include customers, vendors and/or other employees
- Goal-oriented; ablility to work independently in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects/tasks, is required
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of control units, for example PLC Programming experiences would be an asset, though not required
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills required; able to resolve problems involving several variables with limited supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Expected travel 25-50% per month (pending Covid -19 restictions) remote location in Mid-West
- Current and valid driver's license and Motor vehicle Record meeting company requirements and guidelines
