Integrative Family Therapy, a group practice based in Encinitas, California, is seeking a Child/Play Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, collaborative, has a thirst for learning and growth, and will enhance our connected culture. We are seeking a therapist that has or wants to develop a specialty in child therapy and parent counseling from an attachment, nervous system, and play based lens. This is the perfect position for a clinician that wants to work in a boutique private practice setting without running their own business.

-20 dollars per administrative hour

-45 dollars per clinical hour for associate therapists

Minimum Requirements are:

-This position requires experience counseling children

-This position is in person in Encinitas, CA

-Current State of California license as a LMFT or registration as an AMFT

-Maintain a caseload of 20 or more clients per week. Please note that it may take 3 or more months to get to 20 clients per week.

-In person availability at least two days per week from 2pm to 7pm

Preferred Requirements:

-We are looking for therapists that are becoming registered play therapists

-We are seeking therapists with training in Circle of Security or who have a desire to train in these models.

-We are looking for therapists with experience counseling parents (or those with personal experiences receiving parenting support) from a compassionate and attachment based lens.

Important Note:

-If you have your own private practice or are looking to start your own practice within the next two years, this is great, yet we are not a good fit for you. We are seeking career minded therapists that want to grow with Integrative Family Therapy long term.
