They are directed toward children and adolescents. The purpose of Therapy Services is to provide specific, measurable, and individual services to each person served. Our Therapy Services are focused on the individual’s ability to succeed in the community; to identify and access needed services, and to show improvement in school, work, family, integration, and contributions within the community. Paramount Development Association is rehabbing its facilities to expand its mental services in the West Dayton community. .

We're looking for a Therapist/Counselor to join our mental health team. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice and previous experience working with children and their families is required.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an empathic, caring, and a trustworthy listener and Therapist/Counselor.
- Provide psychological Therapist/Counseling to patients and offer advice and information on behavioral changes and coping mechanisms for their health issues.
- Be knowledgeable about the latest developments in the field of therapy.
- Be a leader in the field of psychology.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
Work Location: Remote
