Ticket Fulfillment Specialist Job at Six Flags Entertainment
The Six Flags Corporate Sales team, is looking for a Ticket Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Sales team, executing ticket orders to support the Park portfolios ticketing needs. This is a deadline-driven position whose goal is to process group sales orders and have them shipped to their destination on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order entry
- Processing ticket orders
- Update Smartsheets
- Shipping orders
- Process ticket returns
- Ticket stock inventory
- Special projects
- Work with Call Center, Accounts Receivable and Group Sales to troubleshoot and resolve ticket issues.
- Creates ticket templates and ensures accuracy by proofing
- Additional tasks deemed necessary by management
Required Skills/Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be proficient at learning computer programs quickly
- Team player in order to work with customers, management and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong critical thinking and trouble shooting skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry 50+lbs to transport ticket stock from Warehouse to Ticket Office. All lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling of weight requires assistance from a coworker and/or using supporting equipment.
- Frequently sitting, standing, talking, walking, grasping, stooping, doing repetitive motions and bending.
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- This is a part-time, hourly position
