Job Description:
Onsite at client corporate HQ as part of an onsite and remote team.
- Heavier on cisco communications side with White Glove support
- Good people skills a must as this is customer facing. Having experience in an MSP is a major plus
Perform technical support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems
- Windows 10, Server 2012 R2, O365, AD and Azure AD
Perform technical support at the network level
- WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security best practices
Perform remote access solution implementation and support:
- VPN, Kaseya and other tools
Communication with end users and stakeholders as required:
- keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
Cisco

Zendesk
General desktop support
Light server admin - windows
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
