Job Summary

We are looking for a team member who has creative ideas, understands platform trends, has great video editing skills, and has a positive attitude. This role is perfect for someone who is an avid user and creator of TikTok video content and understands what goes into making compelling and engaging content. The TikTok Creator is a vital role in the social media marketing team. This role demands a balance of attention to detail and the ability to execute efficiently, as the quality of work and deadlines are both top priorities. Working in collaboration with the graphic design team and marketing team to create and keep within the Aroma360 brand aesthetic, Luxury High-End Lifestyle Brand.

Essential Duties

• Build out social media presence via TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create content for respective social channels.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, and generating ideas for new content types
• Create unique written content for social media post captions, bios, etc.
• Create posts' schedule based on data insights.
• Track and maintain information on all shared databases.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site Monday - Friday
• Social media marketing experience required.
• TikTok experience is required.
• Online portfolios / writing samples are required for consideration.
• Experience with, Sprout Social, Canva, Photoshop Illustrator is required.
• Content writing experience is required.
• Graphic design experience a plus.
• Experience working with lifestyle brands and manages multiple TikTok accounts
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must communicate effectively with team members.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday in office ( we do not have remote positions)
• Hours: 8:30a – 5:30p
