Total Rewards Analyst - ( Full Time Hybrid Remote) Job at Logix Federal Credit Union

A contributor to the administration of the total rewards program while ensuring equitable and legally compliant administration and execution. Responsibilities include performing various tasks to support and administer compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs per our culture to drive employee motivation, recognition, and retention.

The hourly pay for this position is $27.87-$41.80 depending on experience, skills, education and internal equity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in reviewing compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers and other employment actions.
  • Evaluates jobs and job descriptions FLSA compliance and internal job grading. Updates job profiles and systems to keep compensation tools up to date.
  • Participates in the analysis and administration of merit and bonus /incentive programs.
  • Assist with bonus/incentive plan management and execution, including reviewing and updating plan documents and processes to create efficiencies across the organization.
  • Respond to compensation surveys, pulse checks and ad hoc surveys to gain insight and help develop and implement innovative comp solutions.
  • Works with HRMS and stakeholders to ensure that the system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc. Assists in the design and implementation of compensation planning system and processes. Tests and validates system functionalities and drafts change management, training, and communication materials.
  • Support DEI initiatives pertaining to employee recognition and engagement; conduct pay equity analysis.
  • Engage in a variety of HR/Total Rewards related initiatives, studies and projects.
  • Supports benefits administration for all programs.
  • Assists in coordinating all aspects of annual Benefits Enrollment Process, including but not limited to: Benefits Open House with vendors and insurance brokers, communication to employees including retirees, coordination with online enrollment system & vendors.
  • Works with third party vendors to coordinate annual Health Fair.
  • Assists with the annual marketing of benefits products and offerings. Prepares annual census for brokers.
  • Supports the effective design and administration of compensation, benefits and employee engagement programs aligned with the company strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Ability):

  • 1-3 years' of experience in compensation and benefits exposure preferred.
  • Well-rounded experience in performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Thorough knowledge of HRIS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., vlookup and pivot table) required.
  • Ability to create reports/charts from multiple sources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal direction and/or supervision
