Towing Dispatcher Job at Navapache Equipment Services LLC
Our firm is currently seeking Dispatchers to answer incoming calls, monitor the location of tow trucks and drivers and respond to problems as they arise. The ideal candidates for this position have previous experience working in a team environment and are capable of making quick decisions when necessary. Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency and routine calls.
- Direct the movement of company tow vehicles to the right areas.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with or without supervision; receive and issue messages relating to traffic, weather, accidents, and other conditions that change rapidly.
- Deal with difficult customers.
Position pays base wage of $554 per week plus commissions. Shifts are scheduled 72 hrs on and 72 hrs off. Schedule is flexible.
