Towing Provider Job at SGI Towing & Service LLC
In order to apply for this position you must live within 25 miles of Eagle Grove or Mason City, IA and be available for training in Eagle Grove.
Provider will run tow calls for disabled vehicles by loading onto a car trailer within 60 miles of Eagle Grove. Ideal candidates have prior experience towing a trailer and mechanical experience but willing to train the right person.
You will help with towing vehicles that are disabled for a variety of reasons and may occassionally perform roadside assistance services such as: fuel delivery, lockout service, tire changes, and jump starts.
Candidate must have:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ablility to pass a background check as required by our contracts.
- Smart Phone w/ GPS capabilites
- Reliable 3/4 ton or larger truck (F-250, Chevy/Dodge/GMC/Ram 2500 etc)
- Ability to lift 75 pound (tires, jacks, etc)
- Ablility to safely drive and back a trailer
This position is on call, you can set your own hours. Must have a good attitude, common sense, and a willingness to help. A background check and driving record will be completed for this position. Earning potential is only limited by your willingness to work.
