A candidate should also have an openness to litigation assistance, including legal research and drafting related to trademark matters.

At Lane Powell, we value flexibility in how we work. Consistent with these values, this position may be eligible for a flexible working option, where attorneys work from their home office. Eligibility is determined based on a practice-team and attorney basis. Keep in mind, some of our colleagues started their careers in non-traditional settings and your experience may be similar. At Lane Powell, we recognize the importance of diversity on our bench and we encourage you to apply even if your experience may vary from the role of a traditional trademark attorney.
