We Require
-
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, Business, or a related field
-
One year of professional-level experience as a trainer or facilitator in a classroom setting, which includes the development of curricula or lesson plans
-
An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis
-
Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations
-
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver’s license by the time of hire
-
Must successfully complete background check and fingerprint identification to secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

Working Conditions

Work is routinely performed in an office environment. May require travel to and from job related locations during the course of a scheduled workday, subject to County policies regarding use of County vehicles and/or private vehicles used on County business
