Position Title: Training and Database Assistant (Temporary to Permanent)

Job Responsibilities (Training and Database Assistant):

  • The Training and Database Assistant assists with maintaining Agency databases, EHR, LMS and Broadcasting.
  • Assists with managing training requirements for each position in training management system-per certification requests.
  • Assists with maintaining all staff training records.
  • Issues all New Hire Orientation and ongoing in-service training certificates upon completion for staff and maintains hard copy in training records.
  • The Training and Database Assistant assists with conducting TMS audit on training records for compliance.
  • Assists with maintaining lesson plans and curricula for all training courses.

Assists with maintaining training schedule and current training materials

Job Type: Part-time

Required education: college in related field

Required experience (if applicable):

  • Strong computer and operational skills
  • Strong office administration skills
  • Business administration supervisory skills
  • Communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to present trainings, experience preferred
  • Sensitivity to the needs of staff, students and people we support
