POSITION OVERVIEW
The Training and Partnerships Associate is an integral part of My Life My Choice’s nationally renowned training and prevention teams and plays an important role in helping the organization fulfill its mission to provide survivor-led solutions to end the commercial sexual exploitation of children. This position is responsible for supporting key administrative aspects of training, partnerships, and community engagement at My Life My Choice. This position is supervised by the Senior Director of Training and Partnerships.
As TRAINING & PARTNERSHIPS ASSOCIATE, you will:
- Provide administrative support and coordination of all trainings and community outreach.
- Serve as first point of contact for training inquiries.
- Support the development of new training as needed, as well as conduct research to ensure all trainings provide the best and most current content.
- Manage Survey Monkey account for training application screenings and approvals.
- Utilize My Life My Choice branding guidelines and templates provided to update training materials, including, but not limited to training PowerPoint presentations, training flyers, Eventbrite listings, and website.
- Work in partnership with the Outcomes and Evaluation Manager to ensure accurate and complete data and support the monitoring and evaluation of trainings and other presentations.
- Manage training event and participant data with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide technical support for all trainings, including tracking attendance, administering pre & post-tests, and troubleshooting tech issues.
- Support webinars and other presentations—assist with developing overall plans, PowerPoints, timing and structure, as well as take notes in meetings related to webinars & presentations.
- Support vendor relationships and training and prevention material inventory.
- Research and coordinate conference and keynote speaking opportunities.
- Research, implement, and monitor new technologies to support training.
- Oversee Continuing Education Units (CEU) applications both locally and nationally as well as CEU approval process for trainees.
- Support and/or lead special projects as needed.
- Invest and involve yourself in diversity, equity and inclusion work throughout MLMC.
- Be an engaged and effective ally to survivors of commercial sexual exploitation if that is not part of your own identity.
- Attend supervision meetings as well as staff meetings and regular trainings.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required and minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- A personal interest in, and commitment to, social justice, in particular ending the commercial sexual exploitation of children.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Highly skilled in MS Office, as well as familiarity with Eventbrite, Survey Monkey, Squarespace, Canva, and Zoom preferred.
- Ability to create, proofread and edit training and outreach materials.
- Experience working with databases and data collection tools preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure, to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with poise, enthusiasm, discretion and professionalism.
- Desire to work in a culturally and racially diverse office setting.
- Bilingual preferred.

The starting salary range of this position is $40,000-$45,000.
