Our Transportation Department is growing, not just in size, but in opportunity. With an influx in work and a growing backlog, we are looking for someone to hit the ground running. Motivated, energetic, and accountable are just a few of qualities the selected candidate should demonstrate. Some of the technical abilities we are considering include the below.

• Experience acting as a Project Manager, taking projects from inception to completion
• Perform essential roadway design functions, such as setting geometric alignments, hydrology & hydraulics for drainage design, 3D roadway modeling, pavement design, erosion control plans, traffic maintenance, etc.
• Prepare detailed project quantity calculations and construction cost estimates as needed
• Work with inspection personnel to assure that contracted work accomplishes the intent of the design
• Working knowledge of MicroStation and GeoPak design software. AutoCAD, Civil3D, and InRoads experience would be beneficial
• Prior experience working with DOT entities, AASHTO standards, and plan deliverables is highly preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $135,568.46 per year
