Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a Transportation Specialist to join our team located in McArthur, OH.

As the Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for transporting designated clients to and from the Gallia outpatient clinics as needed, maintain a record of mileage, time, and names of clients transported each trip. The Transportation Specialist will also be responsible for arranging agency vehicle maintenance, operating the agency vehicle in accordance with the agency and state of Ohio law and safety regulations and policies.

**Please note this is a Part-Time position and will be working 25-29 hours per week.**

What do we look for in our Transportation Specialists??

• Eligible to work in the United Stated
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrate the skills, ability, and motivation to communicate and work with persons experiencing a crisis
• Work in a cooperative manner with team members in assessment, problem solving, and delivery of services
• Be willing to learn and follow standards of care as outlined by agency policies and procedures
• Have the ability to work under supervision, recognize need for assessment of dangerousness to self and others and take appropriate action and communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
• Have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and safe driving record for a minimum of 3+ years.
