Position Description
UI Designer includes …
· Work closely with other designers to build & maintain our design system
· Use the design system to build complex prototypes
· Balance ambitious long-term projects and quick changes with the help of project management support.
· Help scope & estimate design work to keep PMs accurate & successful.
· Bring your own ideas and experience to the table to help our great team reach the next level. When our people grow, the company grows.
About our design team
Currently, the design team is small, but we’re shifting to a development model that relies more on design & PM/support to take pressure off dev. We’re open to specialization or shared workload. We just need more good people to help us become better.
Requirements
· 2-5 years of solid experience utilizing design tools
· 1+ years of Figma experience
· Previous work within a Design System environment
· All the basics: communication skills, creativity, Critical thinking, drive, etc.
