Job Description
Abbott House is seeking an experienced Unit Administrator to join the Group Homes management team. In this role you will be responsible for Overseeing the function of the treatment team to facilitate the assessment and treatment process. You will coordinate and supervise staff responsible for the delivery of treatment plans and services to youth and those who support them.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise childcare supervisors/residence managers and social workers.
- Review and approve all budget submissions and purchase requisitions by the residence managers/childcare supervisors.
- Chair treatment team meetings and service plan reviews.
- Reviews all social work documentation and monitors for compliance.
- Ensure the proper development and implementation of service plans which address the essential mental health and behavioral goals and objectives of a youth.
- Oversees the process of proper internal, county, education, and state required documentation and paperwork associated with all the youngsters in the program.
About You

- You have at least a Master’s in Social Work or in a related field
- You have at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- You have good written and oral communication skills
- You have demonstrated leadership abilities
- You have superb problem-solving skills

Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5 PM
