Unit Clerk-LPN-Med/Surg Job at Hillsboro Area Hospital
- IL LPN License required, or evidence of enrollment in LPN/RN program
- CPR and ACLS required
- Ability to provide appropriate nursing care to patients of all ages
- Excellent documentation skills, as appropriate for role
- Ability to effectively communicate issues/concerns to nurses, as appropriate
- Data entry / Basic computer skills are required
- Willingness to continue developing skills and take educational opportunities
- Patient focused to assist in meeting patient satisfaction scores
- Must assist physicians with EMR doc., order entry, and other tasks
- Must be willing to cross train in other areas, as directed by management
- Requires weekend/holiday rotation, no exceptions
- Would consider 'every weekend,' for the right individual
