New hiring training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus.

Responsibilities:
- Work with team to develop innovative strategies to build sustainable and direct relationships within the community/assigned territory focused on generating awareness of the university partner’s ABSN program and student recruitment.
- Provide coaching, training and feedback for each team member related to strategies, event organization and execution, becoming subject matter expert for assigned territory and ASBN program with students and contacts, and metrics to ensure enrollment/retention goals are met, including in field visits.
- Participate in regular recruiting, interviewing, and training activities to keep team staffed and effectively functioning.
- In collaboration with other departments at the company and the university partner, recommend marketing initiatives to promote the ABSN program and ensures timely execution of approved marketing initiatives by the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from a regionally accredited institution; master’s degree is preferred. Familiarity with nursing programs is a plus.
- Work experience of at least 3 years showing participation in leadership/project roles.
- Position requires travel up to 80% within defined geographic region and to university partner campus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
