The Role:

We are currently searching for a Payment Lead to manage our client payments into and out of the Glint app, helping our client support team provide our customers remarkable support, experience & service.
We are looking for someone who is client focused, is accurate and has an efficient approach to processing client payments and can share their expertise with our client service team. We are looking for someone with solid experience of handling a range of payment types, has excellent communication skills, card processing experience, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and the wider Glint team, whilst providing an excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming and outgoing client payments in a timely and efficient
manner
Manage and resolve payment investigations for ACH top ups, wire transfers and
card payments
Manage under guidance local treasury requirements
Support our client service team and share knowledge
Proactive approach making sound recommendations to further improve service
Main point of contact for the business in all things payment related
Assist in ad hoc back office administrative and reconciliation processes
Liaise with 3rd party providers to enhance the business.

Key Purpose of the Role:

We are currently searching for a Payment Lead, to manage our client’s payments into and out of the Glint app, and to help our client support team give our customers a remarkable support experience. You will bring an accurate and efficient approach to processing our clients’ payments, and expertise to our client service team. In joining us you’ll bring solid experience in handling a range of payment types, excellent communication, card processing experience, organizational and time management skills that will allow you to integrate and collaborate with your colleagues and delight our customers.

• US Operations Manager

• Head of Operations

Additional Information:

• Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Flexibility can be discussed at interview
• Saturday shifts on rotation - pre agreed with the Operations Manager
• Laptop and IT equipment will be provided
• Remote working from home initially

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
