USAMS SI&E Data Analyst I Job at INTECON
INTECON is looking to immediately add a Data Analyst I within the NC3 Enterprise Center at USSTRATCOM at FT Meade, MD. This position is contingent upon contract award. In support of the NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Division, personnel shall provide support for the Enterprise Sustainment & Evolution branch and the Enterprise Mission Management branch in the following areas: Develop, maintain, and assist in the execution of the NC3 Architecture Governance Plan.
Responsibilities:
Systems Engineering – Architecture
- Develop, maintain, and assist in the execution of the NC3 Architecture Governance Plan.
- Serve as the NC3 Enterprise architecture SME to support data-driven enterprise decisions based on the NC3 Enterprise Architecture. Support senior leaders and provide architectural recommendations to meet strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with NC3 architecture teams to provide input to capture user requirements and use cases for improvement of the NC3 Digital Mission Engineering Environment (NDMEE). Coordinate with enterprise Data Governance Group (DGG) to develop the NC3 enterprise data standards and processes for architectural products in the NDMEE.
- Produce and publish baseline and incremental NC3 system of systems architectures to support and update information hosted in the NC3 Enterprise Library (NEL) or other digital engineering tools. Development of detailed architecture artifacts for subsets of the NC3 Enterprise, as needed.
- Ingest, re-format (as needed), and publish the NC3 “As-Is” architecture using validated and verified authoritative data to support and update information hosted in the NC3 Enterprise Library (NEL) or other digital engineering tools.
Requirements:
- Shall be a US Citizen
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated relevant experience with the NEC.
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated relevant experience with and/or education in communication principles and theory in NC3 systems.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in the following:
- Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design.
- Developing analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate reports.
- Create models to depict trends in the customer base and identify specific data needs for analysis projects.
Clearance requirements:
- Must have a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Special Access Required (SAR) classified material, Communications Security (COMSEC) Information, Restricted Data (RD), Formally restricted Data (FRD), Critical Nuclear Weapon Design Information (CNWDI), and Foreign Government.
Education Requirements:
- Must possess a BA or BS degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Computer Science, or an educational equivalent.
