HOLT CAT is the largest heavy equipment dealership in the U.S. We have a Used Equipment Inventory and Marketing Specialist available in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for the overall lifecycle of the digitial marketing functions of several coordinating websites.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborates with Business Development Manager to maintain consignment equipment and its visibility on holtused.com.
• Ensures photos, inspections, descriptions, history, and any other related information are accurate, presentable, and accessible.
• Participates in trade-in evaluation meetings and Used Equipment fleet pricing sessions,
• Researches used equipment purchases (history, build sheets, cat facts, etc.), and performs all aspects of inventory functions within applicable software.
• Maintains a detailed tracking of work orders on all used equipment, providing support and technical expertise as needed.
• Creates reports from holtused.com and coordinating sites and provides proactive recommendations to meet/exceed departmental goals.
• Supports Marketing, Estate Four, Future Ready, and any other related entities to create and implement continuous product improvement of holtused.com.
• Performs various marketing functions of used equipment to include, but not limited to, updating the Holt Used website, sending out emails to our sales force, performing phone calls and assisting with marketing campaigns.
• Organizes all Used Equipment inventory in applicable platforms.
• Develops, maintains, and implements equipment inventory systems.
• Optimizes Used Equipment inventory fleet utilization.
• Develops technical knowledge of Caterpillar machines and competitive machines.
• Performs other duties assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Computer and related software knowledge and/or experience. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, Monday.com, myused.com, infocast, etc)
• Experience in generating Purchase Orders and maintaining PO systems, and DBS.
• Working knowledge of all OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, installation instructions, parts lists, compatibility charts and legal documents.
• International logistics, ISF-2 Homeland Security import documents, customs brokerage, port releases and monetary conversions between the USD and multiple countries.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to include formal presentation skills before small and large groups
• Ability to collaborate with numerous departments (Invoicing, Parts, Service, PSSRs, RAMs, Sales Coordinators, ICTs, New Inventory, Damages Dept., Warranty Dept., Sales Force, TFR, customers and technical services)
• Demonstrate arithmetic and algebraic skills to compute discounts, markups, percentages, multiplication, division, fractions, ohm’s law and computing hydraulic flow and pressure needs.
• Ability to convert between metric, imperial fractions, and decimals.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, College Degree in related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of work-related experience required, 3 or more years of experience preferred
