About the Opportunity
As an Associate Director, Assessment Delivery Ops, you will provide support to the Digital Operations Team by executing tasks to promote a clean delivery of Digital test administrations of the SAT Suite of Assessments. You will facilitate and manage data transfers between College Board teams and our digital platform vendor (CAI) adhering to documented schedules with rapid turnarounds and ongoing essential handoffs. You will execute tasks supporting critical processes including platform readiness, reporting and dashboard maintenance, and ongoing test administration milestones for schools, districts and states.
Requirements include:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Experience with Smartsheet, a plus
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues
· Flexibility and desire to quickly adapt to new methods, situations, and varied requirements
· Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple situations simultaneously
· Demonstrated communication skills for a range of audiences
About You
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years related work experience with UAT, reporting and data management
- Ability to complete complex tasks on short deadlines and in a fast-past environment
- Experience using problem solving and data to inform decisions and actions
- The ability to keep desired outcomes in mind and can adapt to changing conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
