Overview

**This position is roughly 30 hours a week**

Candidates must provide a portfoilo link or design samples for consideration

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Conceive, execute and own the concepting design of high-end, consumer experiences.
  • Assist in defining the overall digital strategies including requirements, architecture, wireframes, prototypes and documentation.
  • Drive and own digital production, integration, and consistent design for across multiple platforms. (Website, Customer Portal, Ecommerce, etc.)
  • Carefully consider persona mapping and customer journeys throughout a product’s entire lifecycle.
  • Drive research and usability testing via clickable prototypes.
  • Collaborate on creative concepts and designs with both the internal teams and stakeholders alike; along with being comfortable voicing a customer-centric perspective
  • Ability to speak to stakeholders as to design approach, best practices, recommendations and navigating forward progress.
  • Create or assist with information architecture and UX design for complex interactive projects.
  • Facilitate internal team communication, bridging the gap between strategy and design, to help advance the UX design process.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in user-centered design, design thinking tools and methodologies.
  • Driving and owning digital production, integration, and consistent design across multiple platforms
  • Driving research and usability testing via clickable prototypes
  • 2+ years UX design experiences or design efforts in B2B/SaaS industry
  • 3+ years using design tooling such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools
  • Experience with Sitecore or enterprise-level CMS for content editing/webpage publishing
  • Experience with motion design & animation, to be able to convey and visualize animated elements.
  • No coding required but familiarity with standard coding languages is a strong plus (Ex: HTML/CSS and JS) considered a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail, time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously while also being highly collaborative
  • Experience collaborating with product management and engineering teams to develop tools and processes that support a strong design system at scale
  • Comfortable working as a member of a global team, with multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
  • Highly professional and collaborative with a commitment to high quality standards.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $59.39 to $65.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
