Role and Responsibilities
One Flew South is inspired by award winning chef Todd Richards. Chef Todd and JackMont hospitality are excited to take the successful award winning concept from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport to The Belt Line. This installment will delight the local palate with Southern and Japanese inspired cuisines with a focus on sushi. One Flew South will enhance the Krog Street District dining scene with an upscale dining menu along with craft cocktails and an exquisite wine menu.
We are building a team of passionate, industry loving, task oriented dishwasher. If you want to work for a great company with competitive benefits, then we want to get in touch with you. The right candidates for this position must demonstrate an extensive culinary knowledge preferably in an upscale or fine dining setting.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years previous experience, and be willing to adapt to our unique concept.
We are looking for a candidate who:

- Has availability to work nights and weekends
- Can create incredible plates with impeccable presentations
- Works as a team player to ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets the exemplary standards
