Utility M-1 (Crane Operator)
Perform a variety of duties involving material handling and operation of up-coiler, using pendant crane and forklift.
Duties:
- Load/unload metal coils using necessary loading/unloading equipment
- Audit all material for surface defects and make changes as necessary
- Make necessary adjustments on rolls, guides, or gauges for performance of oil run down
- Perform basic maintenance work (lubrication of equipment) as well as assist with roll changes
- Operate rewinders, upenders, decoilers and recoilers as necessary; Operate crane or forklift to remove scrap material as necessary
Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
