Job Description:
- Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, putting stock away
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots pans, equipment
- Maintains dishwashing area and three compartment sink
- Adheres to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- May assist with some light food prep for the café and catering services
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, reach, and stand for scheduled shift hours
- Strong communication and time-management skills in a fast paced environment
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
