VA - Mid and High Value Independent Property Inspector Job at MILLENNIUM INFORMATION SERVICES INC
Millennium Information Services is growing nationwide! We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.
We are looking for experienced independent residential property inspectors (1099 position) to perform Mid Value, High Value and Supplemental residential property inspections (appointments are required). A ROAD WARRIOR that is willing to cover multiple counties in Northern and Central VA is preferred. **Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Arlington, Alexandria City, Fairfax City, Fauquier, Albermarle, Frederick and more.**
Mid Value, High Value, adjusting and/or appraisal experience required.
Compensation varies by location and type of inspection. Contractors are paid twice a month by direct deposit, once on the 10th and once on the 25th.
We offer a full training department and an accelerated training for experienced inspectors.
