Vacation Rental Company.
Seeking an operations person with Airbnb experience to manage all bookings, cleaners, and marketing and optimization.
employees to assist with managing listings and taking reservations and managing cleaners in multiple locations.
Must be able to work inside the airbnb platform and optimize listings and pricing on a daily basis.
Must be excellent with computer skills, writing content for descriptions and optimizing photos on airbnb listings.
Must be able to take reservations over the phone from guests and manage vendors. Some travel to properties will be required from time to time.
Experience with airbnb required, Also will manage the website and content for website.
Will communicate with guests and vendors for properties in Denver, San Diego, Joshua Tree, Grand Lake.
Will need to communicate with cleaners and project manage various items around vacation rentals and improvements for guests.
will take some bookings by phone.
will give some rev share bonus program for creating more bookings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
