Stratton Amenities/United Valet is a hospitality company that specializes in valet parking management for restaurants, hotels, hospitals and luxury residential high-rises in the Dallas area.

We are seeking energetic, friendly and professional individuals to provide outstanding service to join our teams of amazing valet drivers in Dallas, Texas

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• A valid Driver's License
• At least two years of customer service
• Must be able to work every weekend
• Possess strong communication skills
• Customer Service Driven
• Giving guest a memorable experience
• Initiative
• Perseverance
• Professionalism
• Possess a great positive attitude
• Have a clean Driving record for the past 2 years
• Have no at-fault accidents in the past 2 year
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be Dependable and Punctual
• Possess strong verbal, written, and basic math skills
• Be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Duties would include:

• Ensure work area is maintained to our standards
• Work effectively as a Leader with your Co-Workers
• Ensures all team members are providing exceptional guest experiences to every guest by smiling at, greeting and helping.
• Greeting and assisting incoming and outgoing guests.
• Respond to customer inquiries & ensure positive experiences for all guests
• Smile!
• Running at a steady pace.
• Multitasking
• Working alongside a small team to service dozens of cars on an hourly basis.
• Handling and managing small amounts of cash
• Filling out account report sheets
• Opening car and establishment doors regularly
• Being on your feet for prolonged periods of time and working in inclement weather.
• Comfortable jogging on a very consistent basis throughout a shift.
• Engage in small dialogue with awaiting guest
• Providing quality customer service on a consistent basis
• Taking initiative to assure productivity
