HOURS: Ability and willingness to work any shifts as business volume dictates weekly schedule
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Assist guests by parking their cars in designated areas
- Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms
- Provide information about the hotel facilities and services to maximize guest satisfaction
- Assist the front desk with any needs that they may have
- Frequently stand, walk and go up and down stairs
This role might be for you if you . .
- Have previous hotel valet experience preferred but not required
- Are able operate a vehicle with a manual transmission
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Are able to work in a fast paced environment
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and background check
- Have strong customer service experience
- Can occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
