VAN DRIVER
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
The Lutheran Home at Johnstown, a skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living community, is actively seeking candidates for a Van Driver. This position will transport residents in a safe, comfortable manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assures that all transportation schedules are followed as closely as practical.
- Assists transportation services with other related departments and resident needs.
- Performs duties as needed such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc.
- Performs assigned tasks in accordance with established transportation procedures.
- Transports residents to and from medical appointments, etc.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current, clean PA driver’s license and the ability to drive a large wheelchair van is required.
- Ability to push, pull, lift or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
