Job Description:
Everyone knows that a Client Service Representative provides customer service and that they are responsible for a client’s first and last impression of the hospital. At Eclipse, our Client Service Representatives are in charge of creating the best possible client experience during the entire time their pets are in our care. The key difference between client service and client experience is that client experience involves the whole client journey, including client service. This means our Client Service Representatives go above and beyond from the first hello to the last goodbye and every step in between to ensure that the client feels heard and supported as they navigate their pet’s medical care. Our Client Service Representatives are responsible for identifying client needs, responding to client queries, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize the client’s experience and create a positive impression of the hospital.
