Veterinary Receptionist Job at Schertz Animal Hospital
Schertz Animal Hospital is currently accepting applications for a full time Client Service Representative. Schertz Animal Hospital is a client service oriented hospital with three doctors that values a strong work ethic. We are looking for a detail minded client service representative to be a member of our self motivated progressive health care team. At least 1 year experience working as Veterinary Receptionist is required. On the job training is provided, however, you will be required to learn what is necessary on your own.
This is a full time position. Our hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to Noon on rotating Saturday's.
Job requirements are, but are not limited to:
- Be able to communicate with Clients, Doctors, and Staff Member.
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be polite, professional and proficient in phone skills.
- Typing is required.
- Keeping a clean and will organized work space.
- Willing to learn
- Scheduling appointments for all three Doctors and technicians.
- Be comfortable with handling animals.
This is a fast paced office that requires teamwork and good communication skills.
