An incredible opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Vice President of Patient Care Services at Black River Memorial Hospital (BRMH). The VP of Patient Care Services is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and programs. You will direct and oversee all aspects of patient and nursing care across the organization including standards of practice, policies, procedures, and relationships with collaborating agencies performing duties personally or through others. You will review and improve patient care processes and workflows in areas of responsibility and across departmental lines to ensure effective, efficient, timely patient-focused care.

Educational Qualifications

· Master’s in Business Administration or Master’s in Healthcare Administration required

· Must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)

· Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting required

· Working knowledge of patient care principles and practices in hospital, home, and community settings

· Working knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations and healthcare quality, patient safety policies, practices, and accreditations

· Working knowledge of contemporary supervisory, management, and administrative principles and practices

· Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications

· Current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse

· Valid Wisconsin Driver’s license and proof of insurability
